Commissioning me means you must be patient. I’ll do my best to deliver the order in time. If I have trouble with the delivery, I’ll contact you so you are aware of the situation.

I do not accept DeviantArt Points anymore.

I accept USD via PayPal invoice and CLP via MACH or Tenpo.

I’ll define my currency conversion every time I open commissions and is up to you which option you want to choose.

I do not accept payment through any other mean.

I won’t start working until I get full payment.

Any payment done before I accept the order will be considered as a donation and won't count as payment for the commission, be careful and patient.

Payment must be done within 48 hours. Failure will result in your commission being cancelled.

You can ask for refund if I haven’t started the work, once the sketch is done, I won’t do refunds.

Depending on the complexity of the character or composition, I could charge more. The final price will be given once you send the format, and before sending invoice you must agree with the final price.

I will publish and stream your commission unless you ask me otherwise. If you want your commission to be private, 20% of it's value will be charged.

Change characters after the commission started will charge 50% of the original value.

You can only request a slot during a Commission Season using the FORM.

You can ask for the date of next Commission Season, but do not request slots outside it.

You can write as much as you want in the form, it'll help me to have a clear idea of what I must draw.

I only work with digital references, do not send me real photos.

3D models and descriptions are ok but the final work may not be quite accurate as the others.

Changing characters after I start the commission is not available. If you insist, you'll have to pay 50% extra.

I will open commission season for regular customers and during that time you can order as many commissions as you want.

I will list every commission and set a delivery date for them in order.

Once the request is accepted by both partys, I'll add you to my To Do list. It is public so you can check the progress of your order whenever you want to.

You can be deleted of the list and lost your position in queue if you do not pay in time.

I will give you a sketch of the order once I start with it so you can request any fix or specify details. In the mean time, while waiting for response I may start the sketch of another request in queue. I’ll go in order as long as you cooperate too.

Because of the above, delivery dates may change, but you will be notified in time if that happens.

Canvas max size is always specified in the commission type.

Image format is .PNG.

Background is solid or transparent by default. Detailed backgrounds will raise the price and time depending on the complexity.

Once the work is done I’ll contact you to give you the url to your order. It will be the url to the work and also the url to the folder with all your previous orders.

Please do not rush me. I'd like to take my time to do the commission.

Once all the commissions are listed I’m gonna set a estimated date to deliver the commission.

Please be patient because I’ll do my best to fully work on your commission so it can be delivered in time.

You must know that I do have a fulltime job so I take as many orders as I can considering my free time. It can get suffocating tho, so if anything happens that may delay the work I’ll notify you.

You must know if you delay your answer when I send you a preview of the work, it would delay the work and so the delivery date. I will warn you in time if I see that may happen.

Once a commission is delivered, you have 24 hours to request only small changes like hue/saturation, moles, small accesories, etc.

If your reference was unclear, then you are not allowed to ask for major changes without a fee.

Frequent customers can ask for major changes without any fee.

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself with in any place or site.

Commissioner may NOT redistribute, reproduce, repost, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.

Commissioner may NOT edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever.

Commissioners may resize, crop or add a watermark to avoid art stealing.

Commissioners may repost artwork on any other site only with credit.

Commissioner must credit me for any commissioned artwork.

It is the commissioner's responsability to save all artwork.

The commissioner can ask for the order to be private agreeding to a 20% extra charge.

The commissioner can ask for the order to be private until a specific time without extra charge for surprise gift (or similar) purpose.
